established in 2004, is a public limited company in the ownership of the City of Tallinn. Our activities are based on the objective of establishing favourable conditions for the development of industrial production.

Tondiraba Industrial Park

is located in the area between Peterburi Road, Kuuli Street, Laagna Road, and Taevakivi Streets in Lasnamäe district, Tallinn.

All the lots in Tondiraba industrial park have been sold.

  •  22.5 ha area contains 18 lots suitable for industrial purposes
  • lot size ranges from 4 900 to 14 300 m²
  • 80% is production land and 20% is commercial land
  • allowed area under construction is 50%-70%
  • lots can be merged if necessary
  • plan prescribes construction of industrial facilities and related offices and warehouses
  • plan allows construction of 1-6-storey production and commercial buildings. 

The infrastructure has been completed up to the border of every lot:

  • roads and sidewalks and access roads to plots
  • street lighting
  • rainwater drainage
  • district heating pipeline
