The joint-stock company is engaged in the development of the Paljassaare tee 17 property, where a multifunctional development is planned, the first stage of which envisages the construction of Estonia’s first world-class film studio, and further development to provide leisure services to the public.

The planned film industry centre on the Paljassaare peninsula in North Tallinn will be the most modern and versatile complex in the Baltics, comprising the largest studio complex in the Baltic Sea as well as various companies in the Estonian film industry.
